Literacy and Technology Skills (LTS)
"Every teacher is a teacher of English"

No subject is taught in isolation; every time a child is in any class, it is an opportunity to build up on a variety of skills. The issue we have as educators , is that there is a tendency to hyper focus on our subject, and not consider whether we are teaching transferable skills.

This programme is designed to remediate participants' foundational knowledge and skills in order to better prepare them for the classroom. Whether you are fresh out of your NYSC programme or you have an extensive teaching career, the basics of quality teaching should never be ignored.

Learning objectives:

Unit 1 - Understand how to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
-
Unit 2 - Improving verbal and written communication skills
