The problem among leadership, management and administration often leaves educational leaders functioning primarily in one area and less so in the others. In this course, participants will explore themselves as they function within the three roles in their learning organisations using Clifton’s Strengths assessment. They will understand and build key leadership skills required for work in the African context using vignettes from their actual experiences. Key Learning Objectives: - Explore the organisational divide - Understand expectations for Middle-level versus Senior-level leadership - Explore leadership styles and challenges at different levels of leadership - Understand key components of self-regulation in leadership and management ** This programme is a part of the Educational Leadership and Management Certification.
