Building Culturally Proficient Schools in Africa

Due to urbanization and migration, our schools are increasingly becoming multicultural communities. Therefore, school leaders must build awareness about the diversity represented in their schools. In this course, participants will understand the dynamics of multicultural communities and learn how to promote cultural proficiency so that all stakeholders are valued within their schools.
